This application is for the Mazatlán trip - June 18-24, 2022 ($100 deposit.) The full cost will be determined once plane tickets are procured but is estimated to be $1600.          

Specifically, why do you want to go on this mission trip?

What are you are trusting God to do in you as a result of this missions project? What aspects of the trip do you think will most challenge you spiritually?

What special skills, abilities and hobbies might you to contribute to the team? (i.e. play an instrument, like to act, construction experience, etc.)

Are there any physical limitations that could affect your full participation in this trip?

Expectations:

• Each team member is expected to participate in all aspects of the program, to include the preparation meetings, all on-site activities, and the follow-up sessions upon your return.
• Everyone must be in prayer regularly for the site, the leaders and the trip as we prepare to depart and while on site.
• All forms and required paperwork must be turned in on time as requested.
• Each participant must have a valid passport by March 1, good for at least 18 months. All recommended Immunizations should be current prior to April 1.
• Each person is asked to keep a journal during preparation and on the actual trip in order to chronicle your personal and spiritual growth throughout the process.
• Each participant is expected to recruit both financial and prayer support for the trip.
• Each participant must be willing to follow all rules and guidelines set by our partner ministries
• All funds submitted are considered a gift to the church and ministry partner and are non-refundable if a team member withdraws from the trip.
